Are your products handmade?

Yes, we make all of our products fresh by hand at our workshop in Sunderland. Head over to our social media accounts for some exclusive behind the scenes clips.



Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! We're strongly against animal testing of all kinds and can confirm our entire range is cruelty free, as are the ingredients used.



I'm allergic to a certain ingredient/I have sensitive skin - which products can I use?

For specific allergies, check the ingredient list of any products you're interested in. If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll do our best to help. For sensitive skins, it can be a tricky one as everyone has different levels of sensitivity, so what one sensitive skinned person can tolerate, may be more aggrivating for the next, and so on. We cannot advertise our products as suitable for specific skin conditions without having extensive extra testing, as this crosses over into the medical field somewhat, but we can confirm we've so far had nothing but outstanding feedback from those using our products with skin concerns. Although we take care to try and use gentle, non agrivating ingredients in all our products, we recommend trying our smaller Love Hearts first as a trial, before moving onto our larger discs.



Are your products suitable for children?

Yes they are, however we recccommend usage from children 3 years old and up, as we have not made our products for the intention of very young infants and babies to use.



I live locally, can I collect my order?

Yes! Simply use the store collection option at checkout to save the shipping costs, and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect. We are located in Washington at: Unit 7 NEP Business Park, Stratford Road, Washington, NE38 8QP.
